The Global Open University for World Peace (TGOUWP),
Italy conducts the following Master's and Doctoral Degree Programmes
:
Master of Arts (M.A.)
The Master of Arts (M.A.) Degree is conducted by
research. Admitted students are required to submit a Master's Thesis
related to one of the following specialisations to get qualified for
the award of M.A. Degree.
Eligibility :
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Specialisation
Peace Education
Disarmament Studies
Educational Planning and Administration
Geriatric Care
Interfaith Studies
Green Business Management and Development
Global Warming and Climate Change Management
Admission in the Master's Degree Programme
Those eligible for admission may fill up the Admission Form and send
the same along with the Synopsis of the Master's Research work to be
initiated. Based on the decision of the Research Committee, the
Applicant will be informed accordingly. The admitted candidate will
be submitting two copies of Master's Thesis in print as well as in
electronic format after 18 months from the date of registration.
Award of Master's Degree
After evaluation of the Master's Thesis and based on the results of
the viva voce faced by the examinee, results will be declared. If
the examinee passed the examination (viva voce), the Degree of
Master of Arts (M.A.) will be awarded.
Fee Structure
The total fee for the M.A. Degree is Euro 1250.
Doctor of Philosophy
(Ph.D.)
Eligibility :
Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
Registration
A Master's Degree holder may be admitted to the Ph.D. Degree after
submission of the Admission Form and the Synopsis giving details of
the Research Methodology to be adopted for conducting research and
for collecting data from primary as well secondary sources. The
Research Committee will evaluate the curriculum vitae of the
Applicant and the Synopsis submitted and accordingly inform the
Applicant regarding the decision of the University.
Submission of Doctoral Thesis
A Ph.D. Scholar will be submitting two copies of Ph.D. Thesis in
print as well as in electronic format after 18 months from the date
of registration.
Declaration of Results
Every Ph.D. Scholar will be required to defend the Doctoral Thesis
before the appointed Examiner(s). Based on the evaluation report
submitted by the Examiner(s), results will be declared. The degree
of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) will be awarded to all those
declared successful in the viva voce conducted by the University.

The total fee for the M.A. Degree is Euro 1550. |
